Any ERCU member can propose a change, addition or deletion to the club’s rules. Fill out the form below and it goes straight to the club for the off-season rules review.

Start with the current rulesFind the rule number and page in the 2026 rule books so your proposal points to the exact rule.
Quote it exactlyPaste the current rule word for word, then write the new rule exactly as you’d like it to read.
Explain the whyA short, clear reason helps members understand the proposal when it comes up for a vote.

Paste the current rule exactly as written. Leave blank if you’re proposing a brand-new rule.
