- Boat registration is first-come, first-served. An owner who currently has a boat registered has first right of refusal to register that boat for the next season, until January 2.
- A member who gives up a registration may re-register that boat if it hasn’t already been listed in the registry by another owner.
- All registration requests go to the registrar with a $5 non-refundable fee before the March Winter Meeting. Any contested registrations are decided by a drawing at the March Winter Meeting, and in a contested draw the fee is collected from the successful applicant after the draw.
- All ERCU members must have a current NAMBA membership by March 1.
